Global Express and Allegro Funds: New Opportunities
We recently announced the sale of Global Express to Allegro Funds. An important update is that we now expect the sale to be completed on 31 August 2021, subject to regulatory and approvals and customary closing conditions.
Over the coming months we will be working hard to ensure a smooth transition as we set up Global Express as a standalone business. As ever, we remain focused on serving our customers, and we are committed to delivering the same exceptional service throughout this period.

- Will there be changes to the legal entity for Toll Global Express?

The legal entity for the Global Express business will be IPEC Pty Ltd (ABN 15 084 157 666).
From early August 2021, you will see changes to the invoicing entity and ABN on your invoices issued by Global Express. As of this time invoices will be issued in the name of IPEC, replacing the previous billing name of Toll Transport Pty Ltd.
A small number of Toll shipping customers' contracts may also be assigned to TasLink Logistics Pty Ltd (ABN 74 138 616 645). Customers affected by this change have already been contacted directly by our team.
- Will the Global Express Customer Service contact details change?

There will be no change to the Global Express Customer Service number(s) you use and our team will continue to assist you as they do today.
- Do I continue to use MyToll to book and track my consignments?

There are no changes to how you use MyToll. Please continue to use MyToll to create shipments, book collections, Track and Trace, and view invoices, as you do today.
- Will there be changes to who I interact with at Toll Global Express?

There are no changes to your sales representative or customer service team who are committed to delivering you the same exceptional service.
- I have a contract with Toll Global Express, what will happen to this contract after the sale is complete?

We have contacted Global Express customers who either have a contract in place with Toll, or who trade on standard Service Conditions, to advise of the new legal entity. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
- Will there be changes to the way I make Global Express payments?

For customers who only use Global Express services, there will be no changes to payment terms, invoicing cycles, or banking details. If there are changes in the future, we will be sure to notify you well in advance.
Global Express customers using additional Toll services outside of Global Express, will be contacted directly with further information.
- Will contact details for credit queries change?

The contact details for credit queries stay the same. Our Global Shared Services team will continue to assist you with any queries – our team’s contact details can be found on your invoice.

Allegro Funds will develop and launch a new brand for Global Express in early 2022. In the meantime, Global Express will broadly continue to operate under the Toll brand as part of a two-year licensing agreement following completion of the sale.
