We recently announced the sale of the Toll Global Express division to Allegro Funds. An important update is that we now expect the sale to be completed on 31 August 2021, subject to regulatory and approvals and customary closing conditions.
We are working closely with our suppliers who service the Global Express business to provide support as we work through the separation.
We have contacted Global Express suppliers directly to provide information on changes required to purchase orders and invoicing processes, to ensure a smooth transition following completion of the sale.
If you do not trade with Global Express, you do not need to make any changes to your current arrangements with Toll. If you are unsure whether you currently supply to Global Express, please email [email protected].
