For deliveries of freight too large to be delivered in a parcel or satchel – or items that require a rigid container to be protected during transit – we provide B2B and B2C delivery solutions for cartons and boxes.
We offer these services within Australia (same day, overnight, off peak, after hours) and within New Zealand (overnight, same day, off peak and next day intra-island). The maximum consignment weight for domestic (intra and interstate) deliveries in Australia and New Zealand is 250 kilograms per cubic metre.
We also offer express and economy international delivery services for cartons and boxes across our global network. The maximum consignment weight for global (international) deliveries is 200 kilograms per cubic metre.
Please note: restrictions apply for some freight types (including dangerous and hazardous freight, and valuable freight such as gold and antiques). Fragile items – such as picture frames containing glass – should be wrapped with padding before being packed into a rigid container.
